Impreglon expands in eastern Europe
New Czech plant
Effective January 1, 2014 Impreglon has fully acquired the Czech coater Povrchové úpravy (PUT) in Třemošnice. PUT ideally complements the Impreglon plants in Walcz (Poland) and Tatabanya (Hungary) as well as the existing range of coating processes in Eastern Europe. As is already practiced in Western Europe and the United States, the Impreglon plants in Eastern Europe will offer customers a 'One Stop Shop' for their coating needs.
With its central location PUT has the option to grow on existing premises and add new coating processes in the future. The parties agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
With 34 plants in 15 countries on 4 continents Impreglon is one of the global leaders in surface technology.
