The rubber industry requirements are usually for non-stick whilst the unvulcanised rubber is being handled or processed.

Impreglon UK has a number of coatings that can be used depending upon which type of rubber is being handled or processed. For example, unvulcanised rubber running across guide rolls will require a different coating to a silicon rubber being injection moulded.


The type of equipment we can coat includes feed hoppers, rolls, vibratory conveyors and moulds.

The industries we serve include tyre manufacturers (car, truck, forklift and motorcycle), medical component manufacturers, injection moulders, rubber glove moulders and gasket manufacturers.
