The non-woven industry tends to use significant amounts of adhesive during the production of their end products: - nappies, kitchen towel, toilet rolls, disposable tablecloths, cleaning cloths, polishing cloths and hand wipes. Thus Impreglon UK has coatings to deal with permanent tack adhesive, hot melt adhesive, water based adhesive, solvent based adhesive and even superglue.

The coatings can be applied to moving and static components such as: drive roll, idle roll, guide roll, vacuum pad, vacuum roll, vacuum shell, screens, glue applicator wheel, glue bath, glue heater platen, glue tank, glue gun, drip tray, catch tray, folding block, folding arm and folding blade.

The coating of packaging equipment is also an area where the Impreglon UK client can derive cost, time and labour savings. Here we coat heat seal dies, heat seal tools, heat seal jaws, heat seal blades and heat seal plates.
