Material surfaces must be designed to accommodate the function of the component in the manufacturing process or to suit the later end use.

Regardless of whether you are looking for outstanding non-stick properties, good sliding properties, traction and/or resistance to abrasion, Impreglon coating systems are the ideal solution.

After determining the best coating for your application and requirements, we supply long lasting surfaces with either metal, ceramic, Teflon or Xylan (e.g. PTFE, PFA, FEP or other polymers) bases that retain their ideal properties even under extreme conditions - and the manufacturing quality is the highest.
