Acquisition of Starnberger.

In early July 2007 the Impreglon Group completed the acquisition of Starnberger Beschichtungen GmbH which adds two production plants (in Landsberg and Nidda, Germany) to the existing ten Impreglon sites. With the new locations the Impreglon Group can offer it's surface technology services, including polymer coatings and thermal spraying, all over Germany.

Starnberger Beschichtungen will bring new technology to the Impreglon Group and benefit from the Group's broad coating range and know how.
