Acquisition of Te Strake.

In July 2007 the Impreglon Group completed the acquisition of Te Strake Surface Technology. In doing so the Impreglon Group has substantially broadened it's range of coatings for mass parts (e.g. fasteners), especially for the automotive industry. The Te Strake locations in Obrigheim and Deurne (both in Holland) complement the Impreglon coating range whilst the existing mass part coating Impreglon facilities in Germany, France and Hungary offer additional production capacity to Te Strake.

The acquisition of Te Strake will increase sales of the Impreglon Group in 2007 to approximately 40 million Euros (approx. £27 million).
