New Group board member.

Jurgen Wenzel, Managing Director of Deckert Oberflachentechnik GmbH for more than 10 years, has joined the board of the Impreglon Group.      

Deckert Oberflachentechnik GmbH, based in Luneburg, northern Germany, is Germany's premier decorative powder coating company with three fully automatic lines. It's customer base is industrial and is seeing year on year profitable growth. Mr. Wenzel will head up the Group Decorative Coatings division.

The Impreglon Group acquired Deckert Oberflachentechnik on July 1st 2006.
