Impreglon Group announces a further acquisition.
On June 10th 2008, the Impreglon Group announced the acquisition of 100% of the shares of MBJ Maschinenbau Jessenitz GmbH.
By expanding its product line to manufacturing and assembly of parts and components to be coated, Impreglon Group follows its strategy to offer a “one stop shop” for machine and automotive component manufacturers. The location and premises of MBJ, which are in a subsidized region of former East Germany, offer excellent opportunities for future growth. MBJ expects sales of 8 million Euro in 2008.
