Multifunctional dry lubricant

With antifricor®, Impreglon Group offers an approved combination system to optimize friction, wear and lubrication of moving components. Reduced friction with antifricor® leads to a longer service life (see graphic below).

antifricor® is suitable for all applications where friction reduces functionality and durability of the components. Wear resistance, dry lubrication and corrosion protection are combined effectively in one coating system.

antifricor® is used by almost all automotive manufacturers. Typical parts coated are hinges, door locks, door stays, door-handles, fittings and other fasteners.

antifricor® is applied by selected Impreglon sites on mainland Europe.

Coating Thickness: up to 20 µm maximum
Temperature in use: -200 °C to +340 °C
(depends on application)
Corrosion resistance: 240 hours to 720 hours
(salt spray test according to DIN 50021)
