PlasmaCoat®

The PlasmaCoat® method combines the outstanding hardness and wear resistance of thermally sprayed metal coatings with the nonstick and sliding properties of polymers (both fluoropolymers and other polymers). In addition we are able to achieve very good traction characteristics with this coating combination. A wide range of metallic and ceramic options means that PlasmaCoat® can offer tailored solutions with different surface roughnesses and profiles in conjunction with the best possible polymer selection.
