FuseCoat®
With the FuseCoat® method, different thermal spraying techniques are used to apply layers of metal. Then the layers are melted down with a special procedure developed by Impreglon. This process causes the metal to adhere firmly to the substrate, and it creates a homogenous, impermeable metal matrix.
FuseCoat® metallic surfaces are applied primarily to rotationally symmetrical objects (cylinders, rolls, etc.). In particular large components can be coated economically with this high-quality coating.
Coating thickness: 100 µm to 1500 µm
