CeraCoat®
High quality metal and ceramic layers are thermally sprayed onto base materials with the CeraCoat® method. Extreme hardness optimizes wear resistance and extends the serviceable lifetime of components. The use of varying surface roughness and different profiles mean that this coating can be adapted to a specific application. A top coat can also be added to enhance the surface with excellent nonstick properties.
CeraCoat® can be applied to nearly all metallic bases as well as to carbon fibre or other composite materials. This coating is particularly well suited for surfaces requiring extremely high resistance to wear. CeraCoat® can even replace chrome coatings, if it is refinished after application.
